We offer guidance and legal expertise through the difficult circumstances of dividing the family assets.

Where parties have reached an agreement with each other or through mediation we can prepare the Consent Order recording the settlement reached. If a divorce is not required say for religious reasons we can prepare an Agreement recording the parties’ intentions in relation to dividing the family assets.  We will finalise the Agreement once we have advised you regarding the settlement.

Children

When separating couples are unable to agree the arrangements for the children including where the children should live (Residence or Shared Residence), the level of Contact (‘access’) with the absent parent or indeed whether a person should have Parental Responsibility we will advise on how best to resolve the difficulties without resorting to Court proceedings. If proceedings are necessary we can provide the necessary expertise to achieve the desired outcome.

Cohabitation/Pre-Nuptial Agreements
